If I cancel my paid plan, will the content I created be deleted?
No, it will not be deleted. However, all paid functions applied to the content and paid functions of Analytics will be deactivated.
Ex) Smore Branding reactivated, Snapshot Analytics cannot be used
I am using an annual plan, but I would like to downgrade from the premium plan to standard plan
You can apply for a plan downgrade while using the annual plan. However, from the time you paid for the premium plan, your plan will be premium for one year, and will change to standard from the next automatic payment date for the annual plan.
